Terms and Conditions

v  Entries to: Gundagai Giddyup, 5 Kendall Place, Gundagai NSW 2722.

v  Cheques payable to Gundagai Giddyup Incorporated.

v  Entries close Friday March 2nd 2012. Entries to be accompanied with full payment. Phone entries will

    not be accepted.

v  $15 Cattle Levy included in entry fees on each event.

v  Entry fees will only be refunded in full if notice is given by Friday March 9th 2012. Cattle levy will be

    deducted for all cancellations received after this date.

v  Refunds will not be given for scratchings received on the weekend of the draft unless accompanied by a 

    Veterinary Certificate.

v  The committee reserves the right to change any event, at any time, for safety or any other reason.

v  To be eligible for entry in Open & Ladies Drafts competitors must be 13yrs & over.

v  Helmets to be Australian Standard 3838. ALL Competitors must wear helmets whilst competing.

v  Competitors under 18yrs to wear helmets at all times whilst mounted.

v “It is a general view that stallions require a greater degree of control and supervision, and the handler taking the horse out at anytime exposes themselves to a liability, which imposes a higher duty of care.”

RULE 23: All stallions are to be double tied by neck strap and halter and enclosed in a paneled or electrified fence on all campdraft grounds. Junior members are not permitted to ride stallions. Juvenile members may only ride Stallions when competing in drafts. When not competing the stallion is to be under adult supervision at all times.

v  Gundagai Campdraft is affiliated with the SCA. All riders must be financial members of SCA or Day

    Membership available.

v To be eligible for all prize classes you must indicate with registration number or date of birth in section

    provided.

v Draws available on website from Wednesday 14th March 2012.

v Festival office will be open at the grounds from 4pm on Thursday afternoon.
