Terms and Conditions

v  Entries to: Gundagai Giddyup, 5 Kendall Place, Gundagai NSW 2722.

v  Cheques payable to Gundagai Giddyup Incorporated.

v  Entries close Friday March 5th 2010. Entries to be accompanied with full payment. Phone entries will

    not be accepted.

v  $15 Cattle Levy included in entry fees on each event.

v  Entry fees will only be refunded in full if notice is given by Friday March 12th 2010. Cattle levy will be

    deducted for all cancellations received after this date.

v  Refunds will not be given for scratchings received on the weekend of the draft unless accompanied by a 

    Veterinary Certificate.

v  The committee reserves the right to change any event, at any time, for safety or any other reason.

v  To be eligible for entry in Open & Ladies Drafts competitors must be 13yrs & over.

v  Helmets to be Australian Standard 3838. ALL Competitors must wear helmets whilst competing.

v  Competitors under 18yrs to wear helmets at all times whilst mounted.

v  % of first round to make second round in Open Draft.

v  Gundagai Campdraft is affiliated with the SCA. All riders must be financial members of SCA or Day

    Membership available.
