Terms & Conditions

v Please return entries to: Gundagai Giddyup, 5 Kendall Place, Gundagai NSW 2722.

v Cheques payable to Gundagai Giddyup Incorporated.

v Entries close Friday March 2nd 2012. Entries to be accompanied with full payment.

v Entry fees will only be refunded in full if notice is given by Friday March 9th 2012.

v A $10 administration fee will be deducted for all cancellations received after this date.

v Refunds will not be given for scratchings received on the weekend unless accompanied by a

    Veterinary Certificate.

v To be eligible for entry competitors must be 13yrs & over. Competitors under 18yrs to wear helmets at

    all times whilst mounted.

v The committee reserves the right to change any event, at any time, for safety or any other reason.

v One horse, one rider – individual may enter multiple horses.

v Dress code – Competitors must wear a brimmed hat or AS 3838 safety helmet, boots, long sleeved

    full buttoned collared shirt, jeans or moleskins, and a tie. Competitors must be neat and presentable.

v Competitors must use a Stock or Fender Saddle and horses must be worked in a snaffle bit. Horses

    must have free use of their head and the use of any type of head tie-down, running reins, head check or

    rings will not be permitted.

v To be eligible for all prize classes you must indicate with registration number or date of birth in section

    provided.

v Draws available on website from Wednesday 14th March 2012.

v Festival office will be open at the grounds from 4pm on Thursday afternoon.
